Since 2000 in Portugal we operated under three brands until 2008 (Stepstone Portugal for searching & assessing, Expert RH for consulting & training and HeadPartners for executive search & counseling). In order to meet our costumer demands and guarantee sustainable results in all the value chain of Human Capital Development of the Organizations, we joined several times, when needed, all the core competencies of each one. Internationally in this phase until 2005 we operated under the brand Stepstone, supporting also the establishment of Portuguese companies abroad, mainly Spain.

In 2006, a new brand is built (in parallel) to meet our clients expectations, as companies and respective Boards and Top Managers faced new market aggressiveness conditions and challenges, that needed to be tackled as one in all fronts. The need of a HR Strategic Advisory repositioned the core business in three expertise areas under the same umbrella brand HeadPartners (Searching & Assessing / Coaching & Counseling  / Consulting & Training).

The Advisory services is focused in supporting our clients in Executive Search, M&A operations through HR Due Diligences and Corporate Governance design models, diagnosis and auditing for further design or redesign of HR Management models, processes and systems. Emerging markets became a major target, and we have been since then a player in Angola ( here, we are one of the major players in Executive Search and training), Brazil and Middle East, besides some Europe countries (particularly Spain).
